What you will do

• Drive the expansion of procurement and marketing activities for propylene across the European region.
• Manage individual accounts for major players in the chemical and energy industries.
• Develop and decide on short and medium-term strategies including pricing, swaps, and tolling.
• Analyze market developments and trends to align purchasing and sales decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations Management to optimize international value chains.
• Participate in the implementation of the company's sustainability strategy, focusing on decarbonization and circular economies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable professional apprenticeship.
• Experience in trading, procurement, marketing, or sales, preferably within the chemical industry.
• Proven capability in negotiating purchase/sales contracts and managing portfolio risks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make fast, reliable decisions.
• Professional English proficiency is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP S4.
