What you will do

• Define and execute a cohesive global product strategy for the entire web estate across Pet, Vet, Farm, and Corporate channels.
• Drive the evolution of the central web platform as a scalable engine for localized brand sites and portals.
• Manage and prioritize a multi-quarter product backlog, translating global requests into a high-impact roadmap.
• Serve as the global business owner for the headless CMS (Kontent.ai), establishing governance and taxonomy standards.
• Lead and inspire large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams across internal staff and system integration partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and regulatory teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, with 3+ years managing enterprise-scale web applications.
• Proven track record of managing high-traffic web ecosystems across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated experience directing large engineering footprints (20+ developers) in an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Deep understanding of headless/JAMstack architectures, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise headless CMS platforms like Kontent.ai, Contentful, or Strapi.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hook, UK in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating web platforms with CDPs, CRM systems like Salesforce, and identity providers.
• Background in highly regulated industries such as animal health, pharma, or fintech.
