What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end product solutions for lean, scalable, compliant pharmaceutical processes
• Translate regulatory and operational complexity into structured product architectures and system designs
• Bridge operations, product, and engineering to drive cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
• Identify and implement AI-driven enhancements and agent-based solutions for workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision support
• Use a data-driven experimental approach to validate solutions, prototyping and iterating with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Codex)

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager experience designing complex systems and scalable product solutions
• Data-driven, structured mindset with ability to break down complexity into clear designs
• Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent systems and ability to apply them pragmatically
• Experience in pharma or other regulated industries (pharma preferred)
