What you will do
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with external suppliers and customers through regular communication and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate and manage purchase and sales agreements, including annual contracts and spot transactions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and price risk for allocated products.
- Control P&L calculations for accuracy and participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Identify and pursue product alternatives with a lower carbon footprint to support sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with international colleagues in Europe and Asia to identify cross-regional business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field.
- Minimum of three years of work experience in the commodity industry.
- Proven experience in contract negotiations and commodity trading.
- Knowledge of formula pricing, risk management, and market behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP.
- Ability to work within an international framework and collaborate across time zones.
