What you will do

• Deploy and promote the cheese upgrades portfolio globally in cooperation with the product manager.
• Lead pro-active portfolio promotion initiatives and optimize current upgrade solutions.
• Organize and participate in global customer visits, seminars, and workshops.
• Create and maintain promotional materials and support the implementation of the overall strategic plan.
• Train Services sales teams in market organizations on the cheese upgrades portfolio.
• Collaborate on development projects focused on equipment upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in machine engineering, electrical engineering, global business engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience with processing equipment (preferably within cheese machinery).
• 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in the technology industry.
• Fluent business English is required.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
