What you will do
- Partner with Product Managers to support product strategy and implementation planning for the Singapore market.
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory feedback into structured requirements and operational action plans.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to track and resolve user feedback and operational pain points.
- Perform root cause analysis of product or user experience issues and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Manage testing, rollout readiness, and post-launch monitoring to ensure high-quality user experience.
- Conduct market research on competitor offerings, product trends, and user behaviors in Singapore.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across business, product, and governance functions.
- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into structured documentation.
- Strong judgment in navigating trade-offs between business, legal, compliance, and risk considerations.
- Highly organized with strong execution discipline and follow-through.
- Current right to work in Singapore is required.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulated technology environments is preferred.
