What you will do

• Develop and deliver the global growth strategy and growth playbook.
• Own the growth dashboard and lead business reviews in partnership with regional commercial teams.
• Map regional growth levers and optimize self-serve and product adoption journeys.
• Define and execute customer segmentation and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) globally and regionally.
• Track the regional competitor landscape to adapt campaigns, content, and lifecycle messaging.

Requirements

• 6 to 9+ years of experience in corporate, revenue, or sales strategy and operations.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore.
• Proven ability to identify and execute strategic opportunities and process improvements.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
