What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of hirify.global Risk and Performance Attribution solutions aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
• Ownership and execution of the client onboarding and training process.
• Resolve complex technical issues and propose creative operational improvements to service delivery.
• Manage client relationships and conduct regular updates to ensure high retention and fit-for-purpose analytics.
• Interact with quantitative research, operations, and product teams to identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Econometrics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative finance.
• Solid knowledge of risk modelling and performance attribution (Brinson, factor-based) for multi-asset portfolios.
• Understanding of pricing models for financial instruments such as CDS, IRS and FX Derivatives.
• Great oral and written communication skills in English (C1).
• Must be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• CFA, FRM, or CAIA designations.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, or working with frontier LLMs.
