TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Singapore or Hong Kong), requiring office attendance two days per week

What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of Risk and Performance Attribution solutions aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
- Ownership and execution of the client onboarding and training process.
- Resolve complex technical issues and propose creative operational improvements to service delivery.
- Manage client relationships and conduct regular updates to ensure high retention and fit-for-purpose analytics.
- Interact with quantitative research, operations, and product teams to identify business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Econometrics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative finance.
- Solid knowledge of risk modelling and performance attribution (Brinson, factor-based) for multi-asset portfolios.
- Understanding of pricing models for financial instruments such as CDS, IRS and FX Derivatives.
- Great oral and written communication skills in English (C1).
- Must be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
Nice to have
- CFA, FRM, or CAIA designations.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, or working with frontier LLMs.
