Senior Product Manager, Liquidity Platform (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key Liquidity Platform capabilities, primarily safeguarding and related risk and control systems.
• Design scalable safeguarding automation that supports new market launches and adapts to changing regulations.
• Improve safeguarding operations through buffer management, FX exposure management, and interest returns on safeguarded cash.
• Own bank account lifecycle management across account opening, changes, and closure while improving data reliability and reducing manual work.
• Build counterparty risk capabilities to monitor and mitigate exposure to partner banks.
• Develop intelligent cash reporting and analytics that provide current financial positions and reliable forecasts.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience, including strong product management experience in fintech, financial services, payments, treasury, or another regulated industry.
• Experience owning and prioritizing multi-quarter product roadmaps in complex cross-functional environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory, operational, and financial requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Track record of solving structural recurring problems through technology, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and data and AI tooling skills.
• STEM bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement.

Nice to have

• Experience with liquidity management, safeguarding, bank account management, treasury infrastructure, or counterparty risk management.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, financial partners, or banking partners in regulated environments.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market product launches with differing regional regulatory requirements.
