What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Liquidity Platform, focusing on safeguarding and risk control.
• Design and deliver automated, compliant safeguarding solutions to support new market launches.
• Manage bank account lifecycles and improve the reliability of the bank account data foundation.
• Develop systematic product capabilities for counterparty risk monitoring and mitigation.
• Build intelligent cash reporting and analytics tools to provide Finance with accurate positions and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and banking partners to translate complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including product management in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of managing multi-quarter roadmaps in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory and financial requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data and AI tooling for product decision-making.
• STEM Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with liquidity management, treasury infrastructure, or counterparty risk management.
• Background in supporting global or multi-market product launches with varying regulatory requirements.
• Experience working directly with Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams.
