What you will do

• Lead full-funnel growth strategies across three dynamic Southeast Asian markets.
• Identify and remove friction points in user onboarding, including KYC flows, local payment methods, and localization.
• Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid social, influencer, CRM, referral) while owning the P&L (CAC, ROAS).
• Collaborate with product teams to identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and feature adoption opportunities.
• Develop segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve LTV and reduce churn.
• Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches and features in the region.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of growth, performance, or product marketing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience focused on Southeast Asia (SEA) markets.
• Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns and budget ownership.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Filipino or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or consumer apps.
