Senior Marketing Manager (Web3)

Location: South Africa, Cape Town; onsite or remote

What you will do

• Drive new user growth through product-led offerings, content marketing, social media, affiliate partnerships, and retargeting.
• Manage strategic marketing partners, channel experiments, audience messaging, and campaign budgets.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns from strategy and briefing through measurement and optimization.
• Build paid and organic experimentation across creative, app store optimization, and landing page optimization.
• Own retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve user engagement.
• Shape the brand across key African markets and provide data-driven performance recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in fintech, B2C mobile, community-driven brands, or Web3.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and technology.
• Experience in acquisition, performance, organic, integrated, and user-growth marketing.
• Strong coordination, strategic thinking, and independent execution skills.
• Experience with social media, community management, event marketing, and user-base growth.

Nice to have

• University degree in Marketing or a related field.
