What you will do
- Define the strategic framework for US user engagement across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Embed AI into every layer of lifecycle marketing, including the development of autonomous agentic AI workflows.
- Translate user behavior data and engagement signals into actionable programs and strategic points of view.
- Collaborate with Product, PMM, Data, BI, Design, and Legal teams to influence growth roadmaps and GTM planning.
- Manage the balance between high-level strategy and precise execution to move users effectively.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (New York or San Jose).
- Proven experience leading lifecycle programs based on clear strategic theses and business outcomes.
- Deep fluency in AI, specifically experience building or directing agentic tools and autonomous workflows.
- Strong ability to analyze engagement data and form hypotheses based on user behavior.
- Experience leading teams through strategic changes and market volatility.
- Ability to build scalable global frameworks while maintaining local relevance.
Nice to have
- 15+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing in fast-paced environments.
- Track record of improving LTV, activation, or retention metrics.
- Experience with Marketing Automation tool roll-outs.
- Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Familiarity with CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
