What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships for Web3 businesses globally, including RWA projects.
• Advise on product strategies to improve user journeys for both traditional finance and crypto-native users.
• Activate and manage external content platforms, communities, and channels to drive growth.
• Own the full lifecycle of high-value channel partners from sourcing and negotiation to activation and renewal.
• Represent the team at global industry events and finance conferences.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all activities meet local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in channel partnerships, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or crypto.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English to cover international and Chinese-speaking markets.
• Verifiable network of content and community partners in the Web3 space.
• Deep understanding of Web3 technology, industry trends, and asset types.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to design incentive structures.
• Hands-on, ownership mindset with a willingness to be measured on volume-based metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience and network in both traditional finance and crypto fields.
• Experience with overseas Chinese-speaking diaspora communities.
• Hands-on experience designing referral mechanics and campaign incentives.
