What you will do

• Define and execute growth strategies for DeFi lending protocols on the public chain ecosystem.
• Design effective incentive programs and growth playbooks based on deep understanding of lending mechanics.
• Establish partnerships with protocol teams to drive joint operations and liquidity bootstrapping.
• Identify and activate target user segments to drive borrowing conversion.
• Monitor on-chain data and market dynamics to continuously optimize growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ecosystem teams to drive product optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3, with preference for DeFi protocol operations or growth.
• Deep understanding of DeFi lending mechanics, including interest rate models and liquidation mechanisms.
• Proficiency in on-chain data analysis and tools to track user behavior and protocol performance.
• Existing relationships within DeFi communities and protocol teams.
• Fluent in English for effective international collaboration.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Prior operations or BD experience at a major lending protocol.
• Experience in public chain ecosystem growth.
• Experience designing liquidity incentive programs.
