What you will do
- Own growth metrics and lead weekly business reviews to track KPIs and identify drivers.
- Collaborate with Data Science to evolve Customer 360 data features and build intelligence models.
- Lead customer segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) modeling.
- Translate deep-dive analytics into growth plays across funnel, cohorts, retention, and LTV/CAC.
- Provide clear recommendations and measurable outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth businesses, growth acceleration, GTM, or sales operations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of growth funnels, customer journeys, and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior executives.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in top-tier management consulting, fintech, or startups.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Demonstrated experience running hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Experience partnering with data science teams on machine learning workstreams.
