What you will do

• Lead high-priority legal matters and provide counsel to senior regional and global stakeholders.
• Advise on APAC regulatory matters with a specific focus on the Hong Kong market.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, regulators, and external legal counsel.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Licensing teams to ensure regional policies remain current.
• Leverage AI and specialized software to optimize legal team output and efficiency.

Requirements

• Common law degree (LLB/J.D.) required.
• 10–15 years of PQE with substantial experience in Hong Kong.
• Qualified solicitor with experience in international law firms and in-house financial/fintech/crypto roles.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (C1+) is essential.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage complex, time-sensitive issues.
