Head of Performance and Reward (HR): Leading the reward, benefit, and performance management strategies for the Americas region with an accent on internal equity and market competitiveness. Location: Lisle, IL (USA)
Salary: $215,800 – $283,290 base + 25% target bonus

What you will do
- Develop and implement Performance and Reward strategies to maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness for the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Act as a senior advisor to Business Leaders, Finance, and HR on compensation, mobility, and benefit policies.
- Drive annual global P&R processes in the Americas region, collaborating with Global P&R and HR Services.
- Analyze external market trends and use data to develop employment cost budgets and forecasts.
- Provide guidance to People & Communications Directors and Area EVPs on grading and reward proposals.
- Lead the Americas Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement Committees.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 7+ years specializing in compensation and/or benefits.
- 5+ years of experience leading people and developing talent.
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
- Must be based in or able to work from Lisle, IL.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for root cause analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office and enterprise human resource capital systems.
Nice to have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
- PHR/SPHR certification.
- LEAN Six Sigma training and mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
