What you will do

• Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
• Manage physical network hardware including switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment.
• Administer Windows Server environments and hybrid identity systems.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform to ensure compliance and repeatability.
• Integrate AI-powered security tools for proactive threat detection.
• Provide on-call support and act as an escalation point for production systems.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in the Chicago office for on-site hardware support.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a team environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native networking (Azure/AWS).
• 3+ years of experience administering Windows Server in large enterprises.
• 1+ years of experience with Cisco or Meraki networking equipment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.

Nice to have

• Palo Alto firewall experience.
• AZ-104 or AZ-500 certifications.
• Experience with Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with SIEM and endpoint protection tools.
