What you will do

• Support carrier management and strategic partner engagement.
• Develop data-driven insights, including share-of-wallet and portfolio analysis.
• Manage and oversee project pipelines, ensuring timely execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Manage contract review processes and ensure accurate tracking of commission program reporting.
• Identify and drive enhancements to tools, processes, and analytics capabilities to build scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise-level datasets and delivering actionable insights.
• Ability to manage complex data, project pipelines, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, Dallas, Chicago, or Miami.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.
