What you will do

• Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets to proactively identify anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct structured root-cause analysis to diagnose growth performance and formulate actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into market health and efficiency.
• Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives, from initial scoping and planning to delivery and outcome tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with growth, product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
• Professional background from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting.
• Strong logical and quantitative thinking with the ability to break complex problems into structured components.
• Extreme self-motivation and ownership, with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry and familiarity with crypto products.
• Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex automation workflows.
• Experience working within international or multinational organizations with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
