What you will do

• Develop and automate reporting dashboards using Power BI based on centralized Snowflake data.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical outputs and ETL logic.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to support data integration and reporting needs.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test strategies and scripts.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mclean, VA and able to work fully onsite.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Python for data querying and reporting.
• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI for dashboarding and visualization.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis or product operations supporting technology delivery.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency with agile management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in the mortgage industry.
• Background in forecasting governance and controls.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
