What you will do

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into functional technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement enhancements using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Manage application backlogs and facilitate releases through established governance processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and system functionality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Modern SharePoint solutions.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong background in managing application backlogs and Agile delivery processes.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment; no C2C eligibility.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience creating SQL queries and working with Oracle PL/SQL or MySQL.
• Experience developing VBA scripts.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
