Client Experience Intern (Fintech)

TL;DR

Client Experience Intern (Fintech): Supporting CX Strategy & Enablement through stakeholder presentations and business operations with an accent on client insight translation and CRM management. Focus on executing Qualtrics and Salesforce tasks, analyzing user data, and optimizing the client journey.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada

Salary: $23–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Produce high-quality stakeholder presentations to drive business alignment and decision-making.
• Support sales operations, internal reporting, and the implementation of new business processes.
• Collect user feedback on technology tools and facilitate training sessions.
• Perform Salesforce and Qualtrics tasks, including data analysis and dashboard maintenance.

Requirements

• Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a Canadian institution in Business, Economics, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with an ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Toronto.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Background in customer experience, account management, or sales.
• Strong visual presentation and storytelling skills.
