What you will do
- Conduct daily prospect research using LinkedIn, industry directories, and online databases to identify decision-makers.
- Maintain and update prospect records and pipeline stages within Pipedrive CRM to ensure data integrity.
- Perform outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using approved scripts and frameworks.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria and secure appointments for sales teams.
- Execute and track consistent follow-up campaigns across multiple communication channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development support.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven experience with outbound calling and email outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience working in remote or virtual environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Experience managing high-volume outreach activities.
