Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for the core platform and control plane.
• Drive the performance, throughput, and resilience of the data plane across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments.
• Develop the observability strategy, including telemetry, monitoring, and SLO/SLI frameworks.
• Enable generative integration by ensuring the platform reliably supports AI agents and MCP servers.
• Champion the developer experience by improving APIs, SDKs, and technical documentation.
• Partner with Principal Engineers on architecture decisions for microservices and data models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, specifically with platform, infrastructure, or API-centric products.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, runtime execution engines, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with diverse deployment models including multi-tenant cloud, hybrid, and on-premises.
• Familiarity with observability tools, telemetry, and SLO/SLI-driven operations.
• Working understanding of the AI/agentic landscape, including LLMs and MCP protocols.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA to work in a hybrid capacity.
