Salary: $80,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify, plan, and execute upgrades to enhance tool reliability and process capabilities.
• Provide technical support for facility-level equipment, plasma reactors, and industrial control systems.
• Manage supplier relationships to improve parts and integrate hardware for automation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists to solve complex technical problems.
• Develop procedures, checklists, and training materials for equipment operation.
• Build, install, and maintain equipment, including weekend support as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ME, EE, ChemE, or similar from an ABET-accredited school.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Ability to work on-site in Wenatchee, Washington.
