What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and enable informed stakeholder decisions.
• Conduct data analysis using statistical methods and visualization to uncover opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth.
• Produce actionable insights, impact assessments, and ROI calculations to support project initiatives.
• Assist in process mapping, business case development, and requirement prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst in a retail or consumer-focused organization.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
