What you will do
- Own fee schedules and incentive programs, balancing market dynamics with company strategy.
- Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody and Brokerage services.
- Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments.
- Leverage AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, and process automation.
- Partner with engineering, compliance, and legal to navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints.
- Articulate strategy and trade-offs to internal leadership and institutional clients.
Requirements
- Must have a current right to work in Singapore
- Proven PM experience at a crypto exchange or institutional tech vendor.
- Deep understanding of liquidity dynamics, custody, execution, and settlement.
- Experience managing fee schedules or incentive programs like MM/MT and VIP tiers.
- Strong ability to translate institutional client pain points into product roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations.
Nice to have
- Experience building a zero-to-one product.
- Prior experience working with sales and relationship management teams in B2B environments.
