What you will do
- Serve as a technical advisor on PFAS regulations, adsorption processes, and breakthrough curve models.
- Lead business development and pursuit activities, including proposal development and client interviews.
- Design and implement adsorption processes and develop protocols for small-scale column and pilot testing.
- Present innovative PFAS treatment solutions at local, regional, and national conferences.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster technical development.
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously within established budgets and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree (Master's or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
- Must be based in the USA (specifically in the listed office locations).
- At least 5 years of experience in water quality, treatment, or engineering management.
- Professional engineering license (PE) preferred or the ability to obtain one within 2 years.

- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant engineering field.
