What you will do

• Lead and facilitate process hazard analyses (PHAs) and risk assessments for capital projects.
• Develop and maintain corporate process safety standards and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise to capital project teams throughout design and execution.
• Partner with EHS teams to conduct safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and upgrade hazard review and risk assessment software systems.
• Deliver safety training programs to project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of process safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of PSM principles, risk management, and EHS regulations.
• Experience supporting capital projects and hazard analysis.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
