TL;DR

Head of Business Banking Propositions (Fintech): Designing and delivering segment-led banking propositions for business clients with an accent on client needs, pricing, and value-added services. Focus on driving AI-enabled delivery, optimizing commercial performance, and building partner-led ecosystems.

Location: Hybrid (London and Bristol). Must spend at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at one of the office sites.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Business Banking proposition strategy aligned with target segments and commercial priorities.
• Lead the discovery of unmet client needs to create differentiated proposition opportunities.
• Design tiered propositions including features, benefits, and pricing for priority sub-segments.
• Manage partner-led services and propositions, including data-driven offerings and embedded accounting.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to deliver roadmaps via Agile and AI-enabled delivery.
• Establish and track commercial plans for adoption, engagement, revenue, and retention.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in defining financial services products, preferably in SME or Business banking.
• Experience using data and research to identify growth opportunities and understand client needs.
• Track record of driving profitability, retention, and lifetime value.
• Expertise in developing partner ecosystems and value creation.
• Ability to influence senior enterprise stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Marketing.
• Experience in Agile/Iterative environments with an awareness of AI and emerging technologies.
