What you will do

• Act as a technical specialist and SME for conventional and advanced water treatment processes, including RO, UV/AOP, and ozonation.
• Develop advanced engineering techniques to solve complex water quality and treatment challenges for diverse clients.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and supervise junior process engineering staff.
• Prepare engineering deliverables such as mass balance calculations, P&IDs, and tradeoff studies.
• Lead business development activities and maintain client relationships through proposals and national conferences.
• Manage assigned scope, budget, and schedule requirements for multiple simultaneous projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 15 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in water quality and treatment.
• Professional engineering (PE) license from any US state or ability to obtain one within 2 years.
• Must be based in or eligible for relocation to the US (Atlanta, Cary, Greenville, or Charlotte).
• Advanced knowledge of municipal effluent reuse, desalination, and brine management.
• Established leadership skills in consulting, project execution, and client services.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
• Specific experience in water reuse and seawater desalination.
