What you will do

• Lead multi-horizon product strategy across a portfolio of cloud and on-prem audit products.
• Own product-level business outcomes, including revenue growth, retention, adoption, and profitability.
• Drive the transition toward AI-enabled and agent-assisted audit capabilities and workflows.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner with Engineering to evolve scalable, modern, and data-enabled architecture.
• Align cross-functional teams (UX, Sales, Marketing, Services) around shared product outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading other product managers across a portfolio of products.
• Proven experience owning product strategy and business outcomes with strong financial acumen.
• High degree of data fluency and experience in customer discovery and product-market fit.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s (MBA) preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the North York office in Canada.
