What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the internship program across multiple annual cycles.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with student associations, academic institutions, and campus partners.
- Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including social media content and employee referral program promotion.
- Manage the preparation and submission of employer awards by coordinating stakeholders and insights.
- Plan and execute flagship talent attraction events and community-building initiatives like Blitz.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting interns, students, or early-career talent.
- Deep knowledge of the Quebec university, college, and student association ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence for identifying candidate potential.
Nice to have
- Experience planning and executing presence at career fairs and networking events.
- Experience in employer branding, social media marketing, or community engagement.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
