What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the internship program across multiple annual cycles.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with student associations, academic institutions, and campus partners.
• Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including social media content and employee referral program promotion.
• Manage the preparation and submission of employer awards by coordinating stakeholders and insights.
• Plan and execute flagship talent attraction events and community-building initiatives like hirify.global Blitz.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting interns, students, or early-career talent.
• Deep knowledge of the Quebec university, college, and student association ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence for identifying candidate potential.
