What you will do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer support and closing.
- Partner with sales leaders to define talent needs, align on requirements, and deliver growth priorities.
- Build and manage robust pipelines of high-performing sales talent in competitive markets.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to engage passive candidates.
- Utilize recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring Sales or GTM talent.
- Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Experience acting as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines in competitive markets.
- AI fluency is a baseline expectation; ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows and improve output.
- Must be based in North America with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, compliance, or complex B2B environments.
