What you will do

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer support and closing.
  • Partner with sales leaders to define talent needs, align on requirements, and deliver growth priorities.
  • Build and manage robust pipelines of high-performing sales talent in competitive markets.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to engage passive candidates.
  • Utilize recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring Sales or GTM talent.
  • Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience acting as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines in competitive markets.
  • AI fluency is a baseline expectation; ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows and improve output.
  • Must be based in North America with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST hours.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, compliance, or complex B2B environments.
