• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation insights, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Streamline recruiting workflows and maintain high data integrity within the Ashby ATS.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and mentor other team members to elevate overall performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of building strong technical teams within high-growth companies.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with hiring partners and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a systematic approach to candidate management.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to influence recruiting strategies.
• Must be based in Toronto to support local technical hiring.
