Recruiter (Manufacturing): Managing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for industrial manufacturing and engineering roles with an accent on stakeholder consulting and candidate engagement. Location: Must be based in or near Surrey, British Columbia, Canada (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office).

Compensation: $40.00–$60.00/hr CAD.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a mix of high-volume and specialized engineering roles.
• Influence stakeholders on hiring policies and best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage data and labor market intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, employee retention, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with provincial and federal employment legislation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing operations and engineering talent.
• Must be able to work on-site in Surrey, B.C. two days per week.
• Strong knowledge of B.C. employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex requisition loads.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
