Project Controls Senior Analyst (Cost & Schedule): Lead cost and schedule project controls for transmission line, substation, or distribution portfolios with an accent on baseline cost deliverables, monthly/quarterly reporting, and project forecasting. Focus on leading planning & scheduling, change and risk management, and coordinating project controls functions with JV partners and supervisory responsibilities.
Location: Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment; office and construction site environments; occasional travel up to 25%.
Salary: $108,262 - $161,371 (Colorado) / $103,341 - $154,991 (Minnesota)

What you will do
- Lead project cost controls: prepare baseline cost deliverables, run monthly/quarterly reporting, and manage quantity, change, and risk processes.
- Lead schedule/planning activities: oversee plan & schedule preparation, apply scheduling processes, and ensure constructability is included.
- Facilitate project forecasts and recognize execution issues, advising project teams and JV partners.
- Coordinate planning and cost control functions on less complex projects after baseline is in place, ensuring systems track work status and surface issues proactively.
- Provide guidance to less experienced project controls personnel and act as a “lead person” with supervisory responsibilities.
- Support proposal efforts.
Requirements
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum: 4+ years with a relevant degree OR 8+ years without a relevant degree in cost control and/or planning & scheduling (home office or field office).
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements if selected (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).
