What you will do

• Shape engagement direction by identifying necessary business process changes rather than just mapping requirements.
• Design end-to-end architectures that integrate human workflows with agentic systems.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI agents and ensure reliable production implementation.
• Navigate organizational complexity by managing stakeholders and building coalitions across business units.
• Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures to extend impact across the enterprise.
• Maintain accountability for solution delivery and adapt designs as customer needs evolve.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading complex engagements at the VP and C-suite level.
• Deep practical experience designing agentic workflows, including model selection and prompt architecture.
• Strong background in business process transformation and professional services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and business SMEs.
