What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes.
• Identify innovation opportunities by staying current with cryptocurrency and blockchain developments.
• Conduct competitor and user research to resolve pain points in transaction processes.
• Define product requirements and user stories in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Implement a user-centric approach to ensure secure and intuitive deposit/withdrawal journeys.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including conversion rates and transaction times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Professional experience at top-tier Internet or cryptocurrency companies (e.g., Coinbase, Facebook, Amazon).
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto wallets, and on-chain transactions.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and a track record of delivering user-friendly products.
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
• English proficiency for use as a working language.
