What you will do

• Define and build metrics, tools, and dynamic analytics to monitor portfolio and forecast margin.
• Own quantitative metrics computation to support strategic decision making alongside Strategy and Finance teams.
• Analyze margin and claims drivers for repricing and offer guarantee adjustments.
• Contribute to reinsurance plans and support renewal strategy in liaison with Risk team.
• Support new country entities in defining and building portfolio monitoring and forecasts.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work from France.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level).
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance and portfolio monitoring.
• Proficient in SQL and ideally R or Python.
• Analytical and structured with fact-based decision-making style.
• Willingness to challenge the insurance industry status quo.
