What you will do

• Plan, organize, and coordinate project activities, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety processes and foster a culture of Zero Harm.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and lead planning meetings.
• Develop and manage procurement plans for external resources and contractors.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Conduct project closeout processes and analyze project success against objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Experience in utilities, power systems, or major construction field environments.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time for site visits in VA, WV, and MD.
• Knowledge of construction safety, cost estimating, and project controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of P6 and PMBOK methodologies.
