CEO In Training (CIT)

Location: Onsite training in one of the 17 U.S. states where the organization operates; open to relocation based on available opportunities.

Salary: $75,000+ depending on experience, with potential incentive compensation upon completion of the CIT role and advancement to an Executive Director position.

What you will do

• Complete on-the-job training across operational roles within a home care agency.
• Shadow clinical and administrative teams to understand the full business scope.
• Lead projects and contribute to real-time operational solutions.
• Study industry regulations and operational best practices.
• Develop leadership capabilities, team culture, and results-driven management practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success building and leading effective teams.
• Ability to create a vision and drive results.
• Must obtain any required state licensing during the CIT program.
• Must be available for onsite training and open to relocation based on available opportunities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MHA preferred.
• Experience in business development, marketing, and financial management.
