What you will do
- Create and own overarching content strategy for the client’s clean energy initiatives, focused on the digital ecosystem.
- Define core messages, strategic pillars, and narrative structure for effective audience communication.
- Develop website-first content models mapping key messages to content types and formats (articles, data visualizations, interactive tools, video).
- Partner directly with the client to understand goals, present recommendations, and maintain alignment throughout the project.
- Collaborate with SJR account, creative, and editorial teams to ensure flawless strategy execution.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a strategic content role with a portfolio demonstrating successful content strategy and messaging.
- Deep industry expertise with direct experience in utilities, clean energy, renewables, or related sustainability-focused sectors.
- Proven ability to develop website-first content strategies and tangible content models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly and persuasively articulate complex ideas.
- Self-starter who can manage time and deliverables in a remote, project-based setting.
