TL;DR

Compensation: $30–$35/hour

What you will do

  • Develop host-read podcast ad scripts across the company's podcast portfolio.
  • Translate partner briefs into 35–150 word advertorials for newsletters and targeted emails.
  • Collaborate with multimedia stakeholders to support growing podcast inventory.
  • Produce long-form articles, interactives, and guides for clients as needed.
  • Implement creative feedback from brand partners while maintaining brand voice.
  • Analyze data from the Insights & Analytics team to optimize content performance.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of professional creative writing, copywriting, or marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience writing podcast scripts or audio advertising formats.
  • Expert command of the English language and voice.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and client readiness.
  • Familiarity with project management systems like Monday.com.

Nice to have

  • Portfolio showcasing previous creative work.
  • Experience in financial services, B2B, or consumer writing.
