What you will do

• Process electronic filing, referrals, and prior authorizations for healthcare clients.
• Navigate and manage data within various electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Maintain high-volume transaction counts with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in English required; bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote capacity with a secure, private workspace and reliable internet.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
