Salary: $29.70 - $31.00 per hour

What you will do
- Conduct housing assessments to identify barriers and preferences for successful tenancy.
- Develop and implement individualized housing support plans for members.
- Build and maintain relationships with local landlords and property managers.
- Advocate for members regarding tenant rights and secure necessary housing subsidies or funding.
- Perform health and safety home visits and unit habitability inspections.
- Provide early intervention services to prevent lease violations and potential evictions.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
- Must be based in or within commuting distance of Sacramento County, CA.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 2+ years of experience in housing navigation or case management.
- Knowledge of local housing markets, regulations, and assistance programs.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and advocacy skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Services, or a related field.
- Experience with Housing Management Information Systems (HMIS).
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
- Previous experience in healthcare or managed care settings.
