What you will do

• Investigate and resolve EHR work queue issues and patient-reported data discrepancies.
• Ensure one patient has one unique MRN across the network and associated databases.
• Perform chart corrections and documentation revisions in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to report and resolve data integrity issues.
• Provide support and education to EHR end users regarding documentation standards.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to report distribution within ancillary and vendor databases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania
• 1-3 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience working with electronic health records.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of chart content.
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate's degree.
