Seasonal Community Engagement Specialist, Mariposa County (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Conduct in-person outreach to eligible members and schedule intake appointments.
• Document all outreach attempts and convert leads into patients using Athena and internal trackers.
• Represent the company at community coalition meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with community coalitions and CPI collaboratives.
• Assist with patient mailers and follow-up calls to enroll leads into programming.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, community outreach, or a related field.
• Experience engaging with diverse communities using culturally sensitive communication.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, preferably Athena.
• Access to reliable transportation for in-person outreach and events.
