What you will do
- Lead creative strategy and asset production for performance advertising on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Iterate on creative direction based on campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
- Translate complex crypto and finance product propositions into compelling ad messaging.
- Manage external vendors, including creative agencies and KOLs, ensuring quality and cost control.
- Track industry and competitor trends to deliver differentiated asset strategies.
- Collaborate with media buying, design, and product teams for efficient campaign execution.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in performance ad creative strategy and production.
- Strong bilingual ability in English and Mandarin.
- Solid knowledge of finance and the crypto/digital asset industry.
- Proven vendor sourcing, vetting, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust creative hypotheses based on feedback.
- Sharp sense of market trends and user psychology with strong storytelling skills.
Nice to have
- Advertising experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or brokerage industries.
- AIGC design capabilities (e.g., Nano Banana, Seedance, Kling).
- Video editing skills for independent post-production.
- Personal investing experience.
